You’re Becoming an Architect?

I’ve heard that you’ve decided to become an architect. Don’t ask how I hear these things. I might have friends. They might have carrier pigeons. The point is that we’re all interested in your success. That’s why I invited you to Life Advice Movie Night.

The Disappointments Room: You might feel the need to renovate your own home. Move that armoire, grab that hammer, but don’t get too carried away. Also, getting ice cream will now be an outing fraught with disparaging looks, so just be aware of that.

The Uninvited Guest: You will start to see other people’s houses differently. Look around, get a feel for the place, but don’t outstay your welcome. Also, some house rules are timeless; like no running on the stairs.

White Noise: You’ll feel compelled to go on excursions. Make contacts, listen to feedback, but be careful. Also, if you feel a burning desire to conserve electricity and just switch things off, then go ahead and do that.

Forewarned is forearmed and forewatched is forewisened. You’ll probably be fine.
